With the increasing demand for vehicles that can be used as everyday vehicles as well as leisure trips, Pop Top Roofs required the highest quality materials able to withstand a wider range of conditions and suitable for the bespoke spec these roofs need. This is where Boyriven came in.
Due to the size of the vehicles Pop Top Roofing execute a majority of their work on, ordinary headlining was not wide enough to cover the vehicles in one piece, and was causing unnecessary cutting in order to meet the spec.
Here at Boyriven we worked closely with our manufacturers in order to provide Pop Top Roofing with a bespoke headlining that not only was 11% wider than any normal headlining, but an improved value per metre through Economies Of Scale. This meant the material could be used in single pieces to cover the entire roof, and reduce time and costing for this process.
Now Boyriven have established our supply of an interior material, we are looking to further improve Pop Top Roofing’s supply by working with our manufacturers to develop a lightweight, bespoke exterior material suitable for all weather conditions.
