Who can buy from you?
Both businesses and individual customers are welcome at Boyriven.
Do you provide samples, and how much do they cost?
Yes – all of our samples are complimentary and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. We believe the best way to choose is to see and feel the material for yourself. We can provide individual swatches or full pattern card binders to showcase.
Our sales team is always on hand to recommend the right samples and offer product advice. You can reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
What if I can’t find what I need on your website?
Contact us! Our team works closely with a wide range of global brands and can often source alternatives. Even if it’s not listed online, it’s always worth asking.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. We use FedEx and offer next-day delivery as standard (order cut-off 2pm). Timed express services are also available. In most cases, there is no extra charge for multiple consignments.
Can I visit you?
Absolutely! Our warehouse holds over 50,000m of material available to take away. Our sales team will be happy to provide samples, advice, and support during your visit.
Do you have a minimum order?
For stocked materials, our minimum order is £10/1 metre. Minimums for non-stock or special-order items vary — our team will confirm when quoting.
Can you provide technical data and application advice?
Absolutely. Our team can supply you with detailed technical information for all our products and offer expert advice on the most suitable applications for your project.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide reliable global delivery and ship our products directly to you, wherever you are.
What does it mean that you’re an Alcantara distributor?
Since 2020, Boyriven has been the UK distributor for automotive Alcantara. We stock over 30 colours from the aftermarket collection and can supply any range on request. For stocked colours, the minimum order is just half a metre.
Do you offer sustainable faux leather?
Yes. Boyriven partners with Morbern Europe to supply eco-conscious faux leathers from their Mor-Green ranges. These innovative products use recycled plastic bottles in their backings and some are completely free of FR additives, while still meeting cigarette and match fire-retardancy standards. We’re proud to work with a forward-thinking brand that shares our commitment to sustainability.
Do you supply foam-backed products?
Yes. We can provide a foam-backed service (subject to a minimum order and lead time). We also sell scrim foam separately, along with aerosol and brush-on adhesives for self-bonding.
Do you supply accessories and consumables in addition to materials?
Yes, we are a comprehensive supplier. In addition to our core materials, we stock a wide range of accessories and consumables, including contract binding, adhesives, threads, foam, chalks, fasteners, and more.
Does Boyriven offer trimming or fabrication services?
While we focus solely on supplying premium materials, we are happy to recommend trusted specialists. We maintain a list of incredibly talented businesses and individuals who offer trimming and fabrication services.
Can you match a material if I send you a sample?
Yes, we offer an expert material matching service. Simply send your sample to us, and our team will assess it to find the closest match from our available material ranges.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns, but they must follow our Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) procedure. Please contact us first to arrange the return and receive your authorisation reference.
Please note, returns must be in a re-sellable condition. If the goods are correctly supplied and not faulty, they are subject to a 15% handling charge plus carriage costs.
Is there a risk of shade variation with repeat orders?
For some of our dyed products, slight shade variation can occur if the material is from a different manufacturing batch. To ensure the best possible colour match and consistency for your project, we strongly recommend placing a single order for the full required quantity.
